Fellow cop-lovers may want to join me in viewing Sheriff, a new documentary in the PBS series Independent Lens, which follows a small-town sheriff through his daily routine. While I'm looking forward to the film for its insights into law enforcement and its cinematic qualities, I confess I have another investment in the show. I mean, take a look:
